• Government PVC Card Cutter: We provide tools strictly as a layout formatting and "cutter" utility for printing onto PVC cards. Our software does NOT alter, verify, or modify any data on government cards. It simply formats the user-uploaded document to fit standard print dimensions.
• Lawful Use Only: You will not use our tools to forge documents, create misleading identities, or conduct any illegal activities. Any misuse of the "cutter" tool to misrepresent or fabricate documents is strictly prohibited.
• User Liability: The user is solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload, format, and print the documents they process through our platform.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

We provide subscription plans and Credit Points systems that can be used to execute certain digital services. All transactions are closely monitored. If our administration suspects fraudulent activity, your account may be suspended immediately.

4. No Data Alteration or Verification Guarantee

Our platform does not integrate with any government databases and does not verify the authenticity of the documents uploaded. The digital services act as a neutral processing tool (e.g., resizing, cropping, converting formats) and hold no liability for the content processed by the user.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

We constantly strive to ensure maximum uptime for our tools. However, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any digital service without prior notice to align with technical or legal compliance requirements.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed in accordance with local laws. Any disputes arising directly from your use of our portal will first be handled through friendly negotiation via our administrative contact center.
